How it works
Seven steps from your brief to your port.
You always know what happens next, who pays for it and when.
- 1
Brief
Complete the request form with the vehicle, budget, destination and timeline. We reply to qualified requests within one working day.
- 2
Deposit and checks
You pay the £495 sourcing deposit, credited to your fee. We verify your identity or company, and check the destination against UK sanctions lists.
- 3
Shortlist
We search and send you two or three matching vehicles with history and finance checks and our notes on each.
- 4
Inspection
Your chosen car is independently inspected. You receive a written report, photos and a walk-around video before you decide.
- 5
Payment
We invoice you from UK Auto Exporters Ltd. You pay by bank transfer in pounds sterling, from an account in your own or your company’s name. We buy the car only once funds have cleared.
- 6
Shipping
We collect the car, prepare the export documents and book container or RoRo shipping with marine insurance.
- 7
Arrival
Documents go to you or your clearing agent, and we keep you updated until the car reaches port. Your local clearing agent handles import duties and collection.
